I recommend the Nick Labrosse to anyone with a house to sell. His marketing methods got the attention of about 40 interested buyers in the first 9 days of listing and an acceptable offer was received after 10 days. Although timing may be a factor, this does compare very favourably with the dozen or so people who were attracted to the house by competently applied traditional real estate marketing methods used by another realtor during a previous 60 days listing in late 2008.

Nick was able to get me $30,000 over asking without even listing the property on mls. With the buyers they have in waiting, they were able to receive multiple offers on my property within the first few days of having the condo for sale. They really exceeded my expectations.
